I think I may have more than one account associated with THI. What should I do?

THI highly recommends that every individual only has one registered account with one primary email address. Your email address is your username to access the THI Website and the THI Mobile App. 

 

If you think you may have more than one account, please send us an email at [email protected] with the multiple email addresses that you believe are registered with THI. A member of the THI team will have to consolidate your accounts into one. In order for us to do that, please let us know which email address you prefer to have as your "primary email address". This would be the only email you would use moving forward to log into the THI Website or the THI Mobile App. A member of the THI team will reach out to you once this issue has been resolved.
