I'm a THI facilitator but my certifications aren't showing up properly in my profile. What do I do?

All of your certifications are attached to the primary email address you have on file with THI. As a reminder, your primary email address is the email you originally used to set up your THI account. There are a couple different reasons why this could be happening. We recommend taking the steps outlined below. 

 

Reason # 1: Confirm with your equipping trainer that they submitted an Equipping Report to the THI Database and updated your certification accordingly. If they have not done this yet, that is why you are not seeing your certification appear in your profile. 

 

Reason # 2: You may be logging in with an email that is not your primary email address. Double check that you logged in with your primary email address. If you've logged in with another email, the system is not going to recognize you. 

  • Next Step: Send an email to [email protected] telling us what multiple email addresses you believe are associated with THI and which one should be your primary email address. A member of the THI team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
