I recently led an Equipping Session. How do I get my participants access to the materials on the THI website?
For your participants to be able to access the new facilitator website, please enter the equipping session in TeamDesk under “Equipping Sessions.”
Then enter each participant in the “People” section of the database. Each participant must be entered in TeamDesk before they can create their account on the new website. We use their email address to connect the person to their certification, so please ensure you are entering the correct email address.
The following fields must be completed in the “People” section:
- First and Last Name
- Organization (if any)
- City (US only)
- State (US only)
- Country of Ministry
- Email address (this will become their username)
- Certification level (this will grant them the access they need)
- Mentor name(s)
After your participants have been entered into the “People” section of TeamDesk, you can provide them with the Creating your account on the THI website link. This document will give instructions on how to create a THI website account.
