I logged into the facilitator site but I am not seeing any materials. What should I do?

I logged into the facilitator site but I am not seeing any materials. What can I do?  

When you create a THI facilitator website account, we search for your certification level in our database by matching the email address that provided at your last Equipping Session. Then, we display your certification level under your name. Your certification level determines what types of materials you have access to.

If your level of certification is not accurate (for example, you are an Apprentice Facilitator but are listed as a Contact), please contact your mentor or one of the trainers from your most recent Equipping Session and ask them to check your certification level and email address in the THI database (TeamDesk). Once your trainer has updated the THI database, please wait a few days for the changes to reflect on the THI facilitator website.
