My profile shows that I am "Contact" and there is no information about me. Why is my training not displaying?
When you create an account on this website we search for your certification level in our database by matching the email address that you used to log in with to your email address in our database. Then we put your certification level under your name. If, when you log in, you are listed as Contact and your name does not pre-populate, you likely do not have a record in our THI Database or we have a different email address than the one you used to create your account.
Please contact your THI mentor or the person who led your Equipping Session and ask them 1) to check if your profile information (email address and certification level) is accurate in the THI database, and 2) to update your profile information if needed. After they have fixed your profile information in the THI database, please wait a few days for the changes to reflect in your THI website profile.
